From products you may sell on eBay, to Christmas presents for your auntie in Scotland, to large numbers of parcels you need delivered tomorrow from your company in Mid-Wales, we’re the carrier you need. We can deliver your parcels anywhere in the UK and even anywhere in the world, via our worldwide service.
Parcels are the area of freight that are of “regular dimension and weight”, so they are your normal boxes and packages. Read on to work out if what you’re sending fits into our standard parcel criteria, and then check out our services to see what options we have for getting your parcel to it’s destination. What is a parcel?
A parcel is typically an item of freight easily managed by one person. Technically speaking it weighs less than 25kg and is less than 3 metres long on it’s longest axis.
Anything out of these dimensions may warrant usage of our IDW service. Bear in mind also, that if something is of a bulky nature and very low weight – for example, a 1m cubed box weighing 4kg – it would take up a large volume on our vehicles and could be subject to our IDW service.

Parcel Services
So, you have a parcel and want to send it. There are several options, depending on how quickly you want it to get there.
- Overnight
- Guaranteed to get there the next day, in our delivery window between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
- Economy
- For less urgent consignments, and will get there within three working days.
- Before 12pm
- Does what it says on the tin. Your parcel(s) will be delivered before midday, the very next day.
- Before 10am
- For those really urgent consignments that are needed first thing in the morning. Your parcel(s) will be delivered before 10am, the very next day.
- Saturday
- If your customer requires something outside of the normal working week, we can cater for it. Your parcel(s) will be delivered in our Saturday delivery window, between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
Collection Request Window
If you notify us using our online collection request system, or by telephone, or by faxed freight manifest, by 11 am, we’ll collect your freight the same day. Alternatively, times after this we will collect the next day. Or, you can drop the freight into our depot in Welshpool by 6pm for same day despatch.

You can even tell us all about your company and the volumes of parcels you send out, and we may be able to offer a discounted rate structure.

Apply for an account
Ready to use us for your parcel carriage needs? Great! Fill out our online Account Application. We’ll take a look, work out a discounted rate for your freight volumes where appropriate and we’ll be in touch. The turnaround before you can start sending freight for new customers is a day or two, providing the form is completed correctly.
One off service
If you don’t send freight regularly enough to warrant applying for a credit account, don’t worry. Please give us a call or request a callback and we can arrange a one off carriage service where you can pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Funds must be cleared before we can distribute your goods.
