Our pallet delivery service is simple. We’re experts at overnight, express pallet carriage. If it’s on a pallet, we can deliver it. In the UK we use the Palletways network and we can deliver pallet consignments to 99% of the UK overnight. We also offer a pan-European service, and we even have a worldwide pallet delivery service. Whether it’s going to Aylesbury, Aberdeen or Australia, we’ll deliver it.
Most people would make the mistake of thinking that pallets are associated only with industry. Sure, companies use pallets to deliver their freight, but people at home can too. Got something domestic such as white goods (washing machine/fridge/freezer), or even garden paving slabs? No worries. You don’t even need a forklift at the collection or delivery end, we have a full free tail lift service so we can collect and deliver from/to the kerbside without expensive forklifting equipment.
What if you don’t have the physical wooden pallet for the freight to sit on? Then take advantage of our palletising service. For just £5.00 we’ll provide a pallet and safely wrap your goods for transport so you can rest easy knowing it will get to it’s destination safely.
Pallet Sizes
There are three sizes of pallet, each with a varying cost to deliver. Quarter is the smallest, lightest and cheapest, then there is half, and then full, which is the largest. Even if your palletised freight is out of range of these dimensions, we can still carry it, however it may subject to a oversize surcharge.

Our specialty. They will get there the next day. Starting at £25.00.
Economy
For less urgent pallet consignments. They will arrive within 3 working days.
Before 12pm
For pallet consignments needed before midday, the very next day. Starting at £35.00.
Before 10am
For pallet consignments needed before 10am, the very next day. Starting at £40.00.
Saturday Before 12pm
We can offer delivery of your pallets on a Saturday, before 12pm. Starting at £55.00.
Saturday Timed
For a Saturday delivery at your chosen time (after 10am).
Timed
If you need your pallets to be delivered at a time (after 10am) to suit you, this is the service you need.
Pallet Service Extras
Free tail lift service
For kerbside collections and deliveries where a forklift is unavailable, we offer a tail lift service at no extra charge.
Free booking in service
If the delivery point requires pre-notification, we will call and book in on your behalf for free. This is only available on our economy service.
Free online track & trace
We are one of the few pallet delivery companies to offer full track and trace. Find out real-time tracking info about your pallet wherever it may be in Europe.
Collection Request Window
If you notify us using our online collection request system, or by telephone, or by faxed freight manifest, by 11 am, we’ll collect your freight the same day. Alternatively, times after this we will collect the next day. Or, you can drop the freight into our depot in Welshpool by 6pm for same day despatch.

Apply for an account
Ready to use us for your pallet carriage needs? Great! Fill out our online Account Application. We’ll take a look, work out a discounted rate for your freight volumes where appropriate and we’ll be in touch. The turnaround before you can start sending freight for new customers is a day or two, providing the form is completed correctly.
One off service
If you don’t send freight regularly enough to warrant applying for a credit account, don’t worry. Please give us a call or request a callback and we can arrange a one off carriage service where you can pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Funds must be cleared before we can distribute your goods.
