The piglets have arrived!
After nearly 4 months of pregnancy, Lily the pig gave birth to thirteen piglets. Unfortunately two of them did not survive the delivery, so eleven remain. But all eleven are doing well and are fit and healthy.
Lily is enjoying some well earned rest and has been snacking on her favourite delicacy of marmalade sandwiches, as well as warm water with pig nuts.
The eleven little piggies are mostly pink but some have dark spots on their backs and noses, as dad pig was completely black.
